Sunday is market day in Bac Ha, which is the occasion for the various local ethnies to gather in huge crowds to exchange the last news, gossip, shop and eat a copious lunch.
Day 1: Get started
At 20:15. Hotel pick up then taxi transfer to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train at 21h15 to Laocai Station. Sleep on the train.( overnight on the Train )

Day 2 : Laocai -Sapa - Laochai - Tavan ( B, L, D)
Being picked up at Laocai Railway station early in the morning by local guide . Bus transfer uphill to Sapa centre.
8:00 AM. Have breakfast, taking a hot shower , relaxing then start trekking to visit a village of the Black H'mong. Go through hillsides along Muong Hoa Valley. Cross the river by a suspension bridge to reach LaoChai village. Take the paths across the paddy fields to head for the village of the Dzay minority (TaVan). Picnic lunch on the way. Jeep back to Sapa town and Overnight in the hotel in Sapa .

Day 3: Sapa - Bac Ha - Lao Cai( B, L,D)
At 7h30 AM. Check out the hotel then take the minibus to Bac Ha (arrive at 10.00 AM). At the marketday you have opportunities to meet local people from the remote villages in their traditional costumes. They are 4 different tribal groups Flower Hmong, Black Dzao, Tay and Phu La, in the afternoon spend 2 hour walk to visit Ban Pho - A Flower Hmong village which is located in scenic valley. Then BUS transfer back to Lao Cai railway station round 17h00 for the night train to Ha noi. End of services.
